I started as a machine language programmer, next designed complex printed circuit boards and integrated circuits and 20 years ago moved to managing all types of engineers from mechanical, electrical, optical, industrial, firmware, software, and even PhD scientists from Bell Labs. I’ve pitched to angels, NCR SVPs, and their Board of Directors.
My customers have said that I deliver miracles. By identifying and championing new ideas I’ve earned 61 Patents (5 pending) and my global cross-functional engineering teams have earned NCR Corporation over $1B.
Our kids will never pay $0.25 / gallon for gas, but they should have the same chances that we had growing up and live by our core values of practicing the Golden Rule, taking Ownership, and driving Innovation so I speak at schools about STEM careers and I serve on several non-profit boards.
